Annotatathon – Registration

 

Please fill in the following information to register for the Video Annotatathon Community Event from 17.-18. September 2025 held in Berlin by Mediathek für Tanz und Theater/ITI Germany in cooperation with Motion Bank and supported by NFDI4Culture.

The maximum number of participants for the event is 20. Participants are selected by order of registration date. Registrations beyond the first 20 will be able to move up in case of cancellations.

By registering, you confirm that you can attend both days of the event.

Do you have prior experience with Motion Bank Systems or the Motion Bank project in general?

(Prior experience is not required to attend the event – the information provided is used to adjust the event to the participants)
Are you planning to bring own video material to annotate during the Annotatathon? If yes please give some brief information on the material.

If you plan on bringing own video materials, please make sure that you have the necessary usage rights to the materials to bring and use the materials within the frame of the event (and optionally share the material with other participants).

Data entered in this form will be used exclusively for purposes of organisation of the event Video Annotatathon Community Event from 17.-18. September 2025 and processed by Internationales Theaterinstitut - Zentrum Bundesrepublik Deutschland e.V. Collected data will be deleted by the end of the event or prior on direct request to m.tancic@iti-germany.de.
